Mud
With last year's muddy, wet practices still in our memories, we were hoping for a dry field--grass with a dirt grid. Mike must still be punishing us, however, because this year is just as bad. Is dry land really just a myth?
Despite this terrible weather, the Band is still working hard to give another great show in a couple weeks. If the football team is what they say they'll be, it could be a great season as well.

New Season...
In just a few short days the 30th edition of MuMuPi will once again step into action. The intensity, dedication, enthusiasm, and fun of the UW Saxes will be on display as band practice begins and we audition new members. A few things are for certain as reg week approaches:
- It will be hotter than hot
- Some idiot freshman will be wearing jeans and sandals.
- The old man will personally kick every single one of us in the ass
- The chancellor will have some "representatives" around that will make sure shenanigans do not occur.
The Badger football team is hard at work already and if the preseason polls are any indication, they will be good.
Get ready for a hell of a season with Vegas, O$U, your Green Bay Packers (and Chicago Bears) and hopefully a bowl game somewhere warm in January all on the schedule.

Website Troubles
As you may have noticed, parts of this website are currently not working correctly. The Webmeister is currently working to fix this problem and restore it back to normal. For the time being, you may not be able to access the Active and Alumni pages, or the Calendar or Season Pictures.
Rest assured, we will get this back up soon.
Update: things are mostly back in order.
